Managing Stock Replenishment Outlet Priority

The Stock Replenishment Priority feature is used in conjunction with the Stock Replenishment via Transfer feature. The order of the Outlets in this list determines which Outlets will have their transfer requests fulfilled when insufficient stock is available for the entire replenishment run.

For example, there are 100 units of a product available in the Warehouse.

• Bondi and Queen St Mall both request 70
• Bondi is higher in the list, so will receive the full 70
• Queen St Mall will receive the remaining 30

If the Outlet has a Minimum Replenishment Quantity configured the Transfer will only be created if the minimum quantity has been exceeded. 

 To rearrange the priority order:

1. Click and hold the icon in the first column
2. Drag & drop the Outlet to the new location
3. Release the mouse button
