If you're experiencing issues with buttons missing from POS, the issues are typically caused by the screen needing a refresh or the display settings on the monitor are incorrect. For example:
- Menu or header missing from Back Office
- Buttons missing from the bottom of Cash Up or when creating a sale
To resolve the issue please try the following steps:
- Refresh the screen by pressing Ctrl + F5 on the keyboard
- Resize the screen by pressing Ctrl + the + or - buttons
- Check the Resolution size
