This article is related to the legacy Accounting Link integration (and not for cloud-based Xero and MYOB Integrations). Please refer to the Accounting Integration Overview article for details on supported integrations.
In order to best assist with troubleshooting, the Support Team may request an Export copy of Accounting Link (i.e. troubleshooting, transfer Accounting Link to a new/temp PC).
- Open Accounting Link
- Click the Connections tab
- Click the Database tab
- Click Backup
- Browse to the location you wish to save the Backup
- Click Save.
Once saving of the file is complete, email it through to Support or transfer to a USB stick (if the backup is for your own use).
