As data is transferred between the two systems, a record is entered into the log file. This allows users to check and confirm that any of the entities mentioned previously have been synchronised. The logging tool can be found by navigating to Stores > SkyLink > Logging.
You will be to filter the data to view depending on the criticality of the message by clicking on the filter level drop-down. You can also choose to disable the auto-scroll for ease of debugging, so that it doesn't change position as new items are synchronised across.
Enabling Retail Express API Calls:
If you want to see specific requests sent to/from Retail Express, you can enable the API to capture raw data.
